0.2 Update

Hi there! In this 0.2 update I have added the following features.

- SFX for jumping, landing, music etc.

- Enhanced ball controls

- Instructions

- A menu

- Tweaked spawning of words to make them more fair

- Improved look of the game and colours

- Trail effect on player

- Additional levels added
